TAXONOMY · Methodology 1.2.0 weights only Ownership History and Sales History, 50% each. Metadata Integrity is a fail-closed gate: a canonically confirmed missing image or incomplete trait coverage makes the grade ungradeable instead of shaving a few points. A transient unresolved image remains disclosed but does not block the grade. Market signals remain visible buyer context and contribute zero grade weight; fair value remains a separate model. Minted certificates freeze the score and constant-tree hash stamped at mint.
ApeFax evaluates recent credible sales, trait-combination evidence, and collection liquidity as of the prediction time. The report shows the evidence and exclusions. If the frozen validation gates do not pass, no numeric estimate is served; comparable sales and market context remain visible on their own.
